Born in Guadalajara, Mexico; graduated from Arizona State University School of Law in 2002. Judge Jefferson Lankford’s clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals 2002-2003. Admitted to the Bar Association of Arizona in 2003. He has practiced in the area of immigration since 2003.
Practice areas: Family petitions, adjustment of status, consular process in Ciudad Juarez, asylum, citizenship, work permits and TPS. We also practice deportation defense which are removal proceedings before an immigration court throughout the United States, including representation in bond hearings at the Immigration Detention Centers.
Other services include: Representation before ICE, and representation in immigration appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.”
