Hugo F. Larios

Born in Guadalajara, Mexico; graduated from Arizona State University School of Law in 2002. Judge Jefferson Lankford’s clerk at the Arizona Court of Appeals 2002-2003. Admitted to the Bar Association of Arizona in 2003. He has practiced in the area of ​immigration since 2003.

Practice areas: Family petitions, adjustment of status, consular process in Ciudad Juarez, asylum, citizenship, work permits and TPS. We also practice deportation defense which are removal proceedings before an immigration court throughout the United States, including representation in bond hearings at the Immigration Detention Centers.

Other services include: Representation before ICE, and representation in immigration appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.”

Bertha Macias

Bertha joined the Hugo F. Larios Law PLLC group in 2008. Born in Hermosillo, and raised in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora she immigrated to the United States arriving in Yuma, Arizona at a very young age.

Bertha is an invaluable member of our firm handling all aspects and issues having to deal with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the National Visa Center, and various U.S. Consulates all over the world, as well as with matters in removal procedures.

Bertha is well-versed in all aspects of the immigration process as she has performed all positions in our firm, starting with the reception position and currently being the Firm’s Senior Paralegal and Office Manager.

Rosario Ramirez Martinez

Born and raised in Mexico City, an avid America Soccer Club fan, and a fervent admirer of Mexican culture, Rosario obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting with a Post Graduate Degree in Taxation from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in Mexico City.

Rosario has first-hand experience in the immigration process having herself immigrated to the United States in 2004.

She joined the Hugo F. Larios Law PLLC team in 2016 bringing with her vast experience in various Mexican industries and her understanding and empathy for those going through the complicated and often frustrating experiences that accompany the immigration process.

Hazel Neethling

Hazel is the newest member of the Hugo F. Larios Team. Besides being a full-time team member, Hazel is currently pursuing her Associates in Art Degree at the Mesa Community College.  Hazel is a creative, energetic, hard-working, and passionate individual.

In addition to her many skills and talents, especially with her experience in customer service, Hazel provides the Firm with a fresh and modern point of view and contributes new and innovative ideas to the team.
